By booking you agree to the following:
Appointments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous jobs.
- The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Quotes
- Quotes are valid for 14 days based on the condition you have provide if upon inspection the vehicle is in a worse condition you will be informed pior to commencing the work.
Access
- The Customer must provide safe and lawful access to the vehicle.
- The vehicle must be accessible at the agreed time.
- The vehicle must be emptied of personal items prior to visit, any items found will be given to the customer however we are not liable for any loss of items.
Condition
- The Customer must inform the Company of:
- Existing damage
- Electrical faults
- Sensitive surfaces or aftermarket modifications
- The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during cleaning.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or bank transfer.
- Deposits may be required for certain services.
- Late payments may result in refusal of future bookings
Complaints
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- The Company will be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify any issues.
Service Limitations
- While all reasonable care is taken, some stains, scratches, pet hair, odours, or contamination may not be fully removable.
- Results depend on vehicle condition and material wear.
- Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles without prior notice
Cancellations
- Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unsafe working conditions such as weather.
- Please note that any specific products purchased for your job will be payable in full, even in the event of cancellation.
Photography
- The Company may take before-and-after photographs for marketing purposes unless the Customer requests otherwise.
Ceramic Coating
- A full vehicle inspection will be carried out before work begins.
- Existing defects such as scratches, swirl marks, stone chips, dents, lacquer failure, staining, or corrosion will be noted.
- Ceramic coatings do not repair damage; they enhance and protect the existing condition of the paintwork.
